Hole.io Gameplay
What is the goal of the game?
The goal of each round (usually 2 minutes long) is to accumulate the highest score by swallowing as many objects as possible. The player with the highest score when the time runs out wins.
- Scores are based on the size and number of objects you have swallowed. Swallowing larger objects will yield more points.
- Each round has a countdown timer. When the time runs out, the round ends immediately.
- If you don't win, you can easily start a new round immediately.
Controls
You just need to touch and hold your finger on the screen, then drag in the direction you want the black hole to move. The black hole will intuitively follow your finger. The speed of the black hole's movement cannot be changed, but it may feel slower as the black hole gets larger.
Size Growth Process
At the beginning, your black hole is very small. You can only swallow the smallest objects on the map, including:
- Pedestrians
- Lampposts
- Trashcans
- Fences
After swallowing enough small objects, your black hole will grow larger. At this point, you can "digest" medium-sized objects:
- Cars
- Motorbikes
- Trees
- Public benches
- Flower beds
Once your black hole has reached a certain size, you can swallow giant objects that bring in a lot of points:
- Buses
- Trucks
- Small buildings
- Large structures
You can swallow your opponents' black holes if they are smaller than yours. This is an important mechanism to eliminate opponents and increase your score quickly.
Hole.io Strategy
- Never stop moving. Keep searching and swallowing objects to make your black hole grow quickly.
- Move to areas with many small and medium-sized objects, such as streets and parks, to quickly accumulate initial size.
- In the early stages of the game, always stay away from larger opponents' black holes. If you get swallowed by a larger black hole, your game is over.
- When you are large enough, try to swallow your opponent's black holes. This will not only help you gain points quickly but also eliminate a competitor.
