Introducing Highway Traffic
Highway Traffic is an arcade driving simulator game. Your mission isn't to compete for positions with other racers, but to survive and master speed. Key Features and Game Modes in Highway Traffic
To avoid boredom, the game offers players a deep customization system and a variety of challenging modes:
Supercar System and Upgrades
- Extensive Car Garage: From standard sedans and rugged SUVs to expensive hypercars.
- Customize Your Car: Use the gold coins earned after each race to upgrade core stats: Speed, Brakes, and Handling. This in-depth upgrade feature is just as captivating as the legendary JDM customization system in Drift Hunters. You can also change the paint color or rims to create your own style before hitting the highway.
4 Challenge Modes
- One-Way: The basic mode for beginners, all vehicles move in the same direction as you.
- Two-Way: The challenge is doubled as you face vehicles speeding head-on in the opposite lane.
- Time Attack: Race against time to reach checkpoints before the countdown timer runs out.
- Speed Bomb: The most dramatic mode! Your car is rigged with a bomb; if you slow down below the set speed, your car will explode immediately.
Tips for Close Overtakes to Double Your Score
If you only drive safely, it will take a long time to accumulate enough points to unlock supercars. The secret of the experts lies in the Close Overtake technique:
- Maintain a speed above 100 km/h: The system only awards bonus points for "Near Miss" when you are driving at high speed.
- Exploit the opposite lane: In Two-Way mode, closely maneuvering past oncoming vehicles will give you double the bonus points.
- Take advantage of truck bodies: Closely maneuvering past long trucks can sometimes help you earn 2 to 3 consecutive bonus combo points in a single overtaking maneuver.
